2.\nPROPOSITION 50: THE ELECTION RIGGING RESPONSE ACT - Proposition 50\nis a legislative constitutional amendment, which will appear on the November 5, 2025,\nSpecial Election ballot. The ballot measure establishes new boundary lines for\nCongressional districts and would go into effect immediately.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council discuss and provide direction to staff.
