HOLD a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982\n(TEFRA) hearing at the City Council meeting on October 14,\n2025 at 10:00 a.m., located at 200 North Spring Street, Room\n340, Los Angeles, California 90012.\n2. AUTHORIZE the California Enterprise Development Authority to\nissue bonds in an amount not to exceed $50,000,000 for the\npurpose of financing, refinancing and/or reimbursing the cost of\nacquisition, construction, improvement, installation, furnishing\nand equipping of certain educational and ancillary facilities\nlocated at 10210 Oakdale Avenue, 19800 Devonshire Street,\n7500 Chaminade Avenue, 23241 Cohasset Street, 7607 and\n7629 Woodlake Avenue; and, 23221, 23233, and 23260 Saticoy\nStreet in Council District 12.\n3. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, attached to\nthe Motion, at the City Council meeting on October 14, 2025 at\n10:00 a.m., located at 200 North Spring Street, Room 340, Los\nAngeles, California 90012.
