Authorize the City Manager to negotiate the extension of Agreement No.\n10-1111 between the City of Claremont and San Bernardino County for the\nsale of landfill airspace, establishing a rate of $2.00 higher than the San\nBernardino County disposal rate for in-County cities with Waste Disposal\nAgreements; and\nB.
