(26)\n18-0384-S19\nCD 5\nENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to\nissuing a Letter of Support to the University of California, Los Angeles\n(UCLA) submission of the UCLA Mobility, Stormwater Capture, and\nGreening Project to the Safe, Clean Water Regional Infrastructure\nProgram.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. APPROVE the recommendation by the Bureau of Sanitation\n(BOS) to issue a Letter of Support to UCLA’s submission of the\nUCLA Mobility, Stormwater Capture, and Greening Project to\nthe Safe, Clean Water Regional Infrastructure Program.\n2. AUTHORIZE the BOS to issue a Letter of Support for the\nproject, upon approval by the Council.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The Measure W – Safe, Clean Water\nProgram Administrative Oversight Committee reports that there is no\nfiscal impact to the General Fund from approval of the above\nrecommendations as the action is administrative only.
