E. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 23I051 WITH TELOS IDENTITY\nMANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, LLC TO PROVIDE FEDERALLY MANDATED SECURITY\nBACKGROUND CLEARANCES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23I051 (Attachment A) with Telos Identity\nManagement Solutions, LLC to provide federally mandated security background\nclearances such as Criminal Records History Checks (CRHC), federal Record of\nArrest and Prosecution (RAP) Back Subscription and Investigation Records\nMaintenance Fee not to exceed $9,610 beginning January 1, 2023 through June 30,\n2023; and,\n2.
