7. Notice of Completion for Glendora Bus Yard Improvements (Phase 1) Project, Plan No. 1398\nRecommended Action for the City Council:\n— 1. Accept the completion of Glendora Bus Yard Improvements (Phase 1) project, Plan No. 1398 by JB\nBostick, LLC.;\n— 2. Approve the final contract amount of $135,673;\n— 3. Authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign & file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los\nAngeles Registrar-Recorder;\n— 4. Authorize the Public Works Director to release the project retention 35 days after the recordation of the\nNotice of Completion;\n— 5. Authorize the release of the Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of $128,350, six months after\nrecordation of Notice of Completion, if no claims have been received; and\n— 6. Authorize the release of the Faithful Performance Bond one (1) year following recordation of Notice of\nCompletion if the improvements remain free from defects in materials and workmanship.\nMEMBER AGENDA ITEMS
