Approval of Amendment No 1 to the Contract Services Agreement between UMS, Inc., a California\nCorporation (dba “United Maintenance Systems”) and the City of Glendora for Janitorial and Park Litter\nServices in an Amount Not to Exceed $446,625 for the Period of the Extension\nRecommended Action for the City Council:\n— 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with UMS, Inc. (dba "United\nMaintenance Systems"), extending the term of the original 2021 Agreement for an additional one-year period\nin an amount not to exceed $446,625 for the Period of the Extension; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
