9.\nCONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE FUND TRANFER AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY AND THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL\nDISTRICT TO RECEIVE FUNDING FROM THE SAFE CLEAN WATER PROGRAM\nFOR FISCAL YEARS 2023-24 THROUGH 2027-2028 MUNICIPAL FUND PROGRAM\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Fund Transfer Agreement (Attachment No. 1) between the City of\nSouth Pasadena and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District to receive\n3\nfunding from the Safe Clean Water program for fiscal years 2023-24 through 20272028 Municipal Fund program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and all related\ndocuments.
