7.\nCONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH AIR EXCHANGE, INC.\nFOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF THE PLYMOVENT DIESEL\nEXHAUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM FOR FIRE STATION 81 IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$115,829.00 PLUS A 10% CONTINGENCY FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$127,412.00\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed agreement with Air Exchange, Inc., (Attachment No. 1) the\nauthorized regional vendor for Plymovent exhaust extraction systems, for the\npurchase and installation of a diesel exhaust extraction system for Fire Station 81,\nin the amount of $115,829.00;\n2. Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $11,583 and authorize the City\nManager to execute any change orders if necessary for the use of the contingency;\nand\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and all related\ndocuments.
