5.\nWaive Formal Bidding and Authorize the Cooperative Purchasing of Video Security System\nfrom Access Tech Security\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Waive Formal Bidding and Authorize Cooperative Purchasing to purchase video security\nsystem pursuant to Baldwin Park Municipal Code Section 34.23; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make adjustments to the appropriation and budget related\nto this acquisition; and\n3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all required documentation for the purchase\nand installation of video security system.
