NOTICE OF COMPLETION - BONITO CANYON PARK PLAYGROUND\nSHADE\nSTRUCTURE\nWITH\nTWO\nOTHER\nCOMPONENTS\n(RELANDSCAPING OF SLOPE AND EXPANDED BIKE RACKS) PENDING\nCOMPLETION\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-160, which will:\n1. Accept the Bonito Canyon Park Shade Structure, CIP No. 15105, from the\ncontractor, Landscape Structures, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record Notice of Completion for\nthe Bonito Canyon Park Shade Structure.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nLandscape Structures, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond.
