11G. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - PEDESTRIAN AUDIBLE WARNING SYSTEM\nREHABILITATION PROJECT, TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM UNTIL\nTHE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-162, which will:\n1. Approve an amendment to the Professional Consultant Services\nAgreement with Pacific Railway Enterprises, Inc. for the Pedestrian\nAudible Warning System Rehabilitation Project to extend the contract term\nuntil the successful completion of the project.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C24-58, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nPacific Railway Enterprises, Inc., providing for the Pedestrian Audible\nWarning System Rehabilitation Project, to extend the contract term until\nthe successful completion of the project, in a form substantially similar to\nAttachment 2 of the Administrative Report dated October 21, 2025 and on\nfile with the City Clerk.
