LOVANO]:\nSUBJECT:\nThe City Council will consider adopting a Resolution\n(Attachment A) to update the City’s flag policy, which outlines the\nrequirements for the outdoor public display of governmental and nongovernmental flags and the procedures for flying the Flag of the United\nStates at half-staff at City Hall and other City properties.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ADOPTING AN UPDATED FLAG POLICY”; and 2) Amend\nthe City Policy for the Recognitions and Memorials to remove procedures\nfor lowering the flag to half-staff.
