CROWDER, L.\nMORALES]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on the proposed\nEquitable Building Performance Standards (EBPS) Ordinance, consider\nextending the first benchmarking deadline by up to 120 days via the\nAdministrative Guidelines to support initial compliance efforts, and\nconsider exempting condominiums from the Ordinance.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive and file an update on the proposed\nEquitable Building Performance Standards (EBPS) Ordinance; 2)\nAuthorize extension of benchmarking deadline by up to 120 days via the\nAdministrative Guidelines to support initial compliance efforts; and 3)\nProvide direction to staff on potential exemption of condominiums from the\nOrdinance.
