B.13. 2025 HARVEY MILK DAY AND WEHO PRIDE ARTS FESTIVAL FINAL\nREPORTS AND 2026-2028 RECOMMENDATIONS [L. BIERY, R.\nEHEMANN, M. CHE]:\nSUBJECT: City Council will receive final reports on the City’s 2025\nHarvey Milk Day event and 2025 WeHo Pride Arts Festival program and\nconsider recommendations for 2026-2028 as proposed by the Arts and\nCultural Affairs Commission.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive and file the final reports for the City’s\n2025 Harvey Milk Day event and the 2025 WeHo Pride Arts Festival; 2)\nApprove the recommendations from the Arts and Cultural Affairs\nCommission for the City’s 2026 Harvey Milk Day event as outlined in the\nstaff report; 3) Approve the recommendations from the Arts and Cultural\nAffairs Commission for the 2026-2028 WeHo Pride Arts Festival as\noutlined in the staff report; and 4) Authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to negotiate a three-year Agreement with the Los Angeles\nLGBT Center to host and produce the WeHo Pride Arts Festival for the\nyears 2026, 2027, and 2028, with annual performance reviews to ensure\nexpectations are met.
