B.11. METRO K LINE NORTHERN EXTENSION UPDATE [N. MARICICH, J.\nALKIRE, F. CONTRERAS, D. FENN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on the Northern\nExtension of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation\nAuthority (Metro) K Line and consider approving an amendment to the\nAgreement for services with Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) for\nongoing financial analysis.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive and file an update on the Northern\nExtension of the Metro K Line; 2) Approve Amendment No. 6 to the\nAgreement for Services with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. by an\nadditional $75,000 for a new total contract amount not to exceed\n$328,375, for additional financial services regarding the Northern\nExtension of the Metro K Line (Attachment A); and 3) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the Amendment.
