1)\nCONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE THE\nNOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CITYWIDE PEDESTRIAN & VEHICLE TRAFFIC\nSAFETY IMPROVEMENTS FY 24-25 - PROJECT NO. 23027\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for the Citywide\nPedestrian & Vehicle Traffic Safety Improvements FY 24-25 (Project No. 23027) with a\nfinal contract amount of $283,501.57; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager and Deputy City Clerk to execute the Notice of\nCompletion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to release a retention once appropriate.\nFIRE DEPARTMENT
