9.\nCOOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH CITY OF IRVINE FOR LAKE FOREST\nTRANSPORTATION MITIGATION PROGRAM AND NORTH IRVINE\nTRANSPORTATION PROGRAM PROJECTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Cooperative Agreement with\nthe City of Irvine finalizing the Lake Forest Transportation Mitigation\nProgram and North Irvine Transportation Mitigation Program fair-share\ncontributions and closing out the shared intersection improvement\nprojects. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the\nCooperative Agreement with the City of Irvine, substantially in the form\nattached. 3. Adopt a Resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING\n2025-2027 OPERATING BUDGET; AMENDING REVENUE ESTIMATES\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26.
