13.\nAMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH VEHICLE PARKING UNLIMITED\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Successor Agency:\n1) Authorize the City Manager/Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to\nthe agreement with Vehicle Parking Unlimited (VPU) to revise the rent payment\nand reporting due dates from the first (1st) to the fifth (5th) calendar day of each\nmonth; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to take any additional, related action(s) that may be\ndesirable.\nCITY COUNCIL
