20.\nAMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AUTHORITY\nAGREEMENT – APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 9978 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9978, approving the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise\nof Powers Authority Agreement, as presented; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise\nof Powers Authority Agreement; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
