18.\nFIRE STATION HEADQUARTERS OFFICE RENOVATION – FINAL PAYMENT\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Final Payment to RAMCO General Engineering Contractors, Inc. of\nSylmar, California for $1,003,783 (Less 5% Retention); and\n2) Approve the final contract amount with RAMCO General Engineering Contractors,\nInc. in the amount of $1,414,737; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute Contract Change Orders Numbers 1-23 in\nan aggregate amount of $1,010,424; and\n4) Appropriate an additional $50,000 from Utility Users Tax (UTT) to the Fire Station\nHeadquarters Office Renovation (PW250007); and\n5) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
