10. 56370 Buena Vista Drive Demolition Project – Town Project No. 8070\nAward of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:That the Town Council:\n•\nApproves the award of a construction contract with UBD, Inc., in the\namount of $34,777.00 for the 56370 Buena Vista Drive Demolition Project;\n• Authorizes construction, construction contingencies, and inspection costs\nin the total amount of $41,000.00; and\n• Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to execute the\nagreement, and authorizes the Town Manager to expend contingency funds,\nif necessary, for project completion.
