10.\nAMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE\nCARRYOVER FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Amend the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations in the various accounts and\namounts as detailed on Attachment A, Capital Improvement Program; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
