Conduct first reading, waiving full reading of the text, and introduce Ordinance\nNo. 2025-418 amending Chapters 3.40 of the Calabasas Municipal Code revising\nthe regulations for purchasing systems; and\n2. Conduct first reading, waiving full reading of the text, and introduce Ordinance\nNo. 2025-419 amending Chapter 3.42 of the Calabasas Municipal Code revising\nthe regulations for awarding public projects.
