21.\nApprove the Agreement for Sale of Credits with Land Veritas Corp (Bank Sponsor) (Project\nProponeFEnt), in the amount of $177,000, for the purchase of 0.46 acres of 1600 Ephemeral\nRiparian Enhancement credits from the Soquel Canyon Mitigation Bank to satisfy compensatory\nmitigation requirements for the Orangewood Avenue Bridge Widening Project over the Santa Ana\nRiver; and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the Agreement for Sale\nof Credits, and authorize a payment in the amount of $177,000 to Land Veritas Corp.
