8.\nApprove Contract MA# 106-498872 with California Health and Safety, Inc. in a cumulative\ncontract amount not to exceed $290,125, inclusive of all applicable taxes and a 35% contingency,\nfor Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) testing, maintenance and repair for the Anaheim\nFire and Rescue Department, for a one year period with four one-year optional renewals; and\nauthorize the Purchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the\ncontract all in accordance with Bid #9858.
