DBA Burnett Printing and\nGraphics for as-needed citywide printing services of envelopes, letterhead and business cards,\nwith a first-year amount of $78,435, which reflects the bid amount along with applicable taxes and\na 40% contingency, for a cumulative not to exceed amount of $568,435, effective upon contract\nexecution for a period of one year, with four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the contract in\naccordance with Bid #9864.
