12.\nApprove four Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the City of Anaheim and the\nAnaheim Workforce Development Board, and the State of California Employment Development\nDepartment, the State of California Department of Rehabilitation, the County of Orange Social\nServices Agency, and North Orange Continuing Education, for the Anaheim One-Stop Delivery\nSystem, for the term beginning on July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028; and authorize the Director of\nHousing and Community Development, or designee, to execute and administer the MOUs and\nany corresponding license agreements.
