5.A. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RJM DESIGN GROUP, INC. FOR THE\nFRIENDSHIP PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATE\nPresented by Hysun Lee, Assistant Engineer\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) in the amount of\n$316,920 with RJM Design Group, Inc. (RJM) for the Friendship Park Improvement Project Plans,\nSpecifications, and Estimate; 2) Appropriate $316,920 from the Undesignated General Fund to\nthe Friendship Park Improvement Project account for this purpose; 3) Authorize the City\nManager and City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary changes to the agreement;\nand, 4) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the agreement.
