4.H. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON (SCE) TO RENEW LAND USE\nLICENSE FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN WESTERN AVENUE AND BEACH BOULEVARD\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a five-year license agreement with Southern California\nEdison (SCE) for use of its right-of-way, east of Western Avenue to Beach Boulevard, in the\namount of $215,704.17; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Clerk to execute the agreement.
