FOR CITYWIDE LANDSCAPING SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Merchants\nLandscaping Services, Inc. ("Merchants") for landscaping services from January 1, 2026,\nthrough March 31, 2026; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary non-monetary changes to the amendment; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and\nthe City Clerk to execute the amendment.
