AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR PROSECUTION SERVICES BY\nTHE ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE\nThe City Council will consider entering into an agreement with the Orange County District\nAttorney’s Office for prosecution services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement for Prosecution Services between the\nCity of Stanton and the County of Orange and any additional necessary documents\non behalf of the City.
