9D.\nAUGUST 2025 GENERAL FUND REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE REPORT;\nHOUSING AUTHORITY REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE REPORT; STATUS OF\nCAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM\nThe Revenue and Expenditure Reports for the month ended August 31, 2025, have been\nprovided to the City Manager in accordance with Stanton Municipal Code Section\n2.20.080 (D) and are being provided to the City Council. This report includes information\non both the City’s General Fund and the Housing Authority Fund.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Receive and file the General Fund and Housing Authority Fund August 2025 Revenue\nand Expenditure Reports and Status of Capital Improvement Projects for the month\nended August 31, 2025.
