3.4.\nAgreement with the State of California, Department of Alcoholic Beverage\nControl for the Alcoholic Beverage Control/Office of Traffic Safety Grant Program\nfrom October 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026. Resolution No. 11641.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the agreement with the State of California, Department of Alcoholic\nBeverage Control in the amount of $30,000 for the Alcoholic Beverage\nControl/Office of Traffic Safety Grant Program; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute on behalf of the City.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 11641. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange\naccepting funds in the amount of $30,000 from the State of California, Department\nof Alcoholic Beverage Control for the ABC-OTS Grant Program, and authorizing the\nCity Manager to execute all grant documents on behalf of the City.\n3. Accept into the City’s General Fund (100) revenue budget $30,000 in grant funds\nfrom the State of California, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to:\n100-4133-43299-264001\nState-Other\n4.
