12.\nApprove Specifications and Authorize the Solicitation of Construction Bids for the Americans\nwith Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan Implementation - ADA Curb Ramp Replacement\nPhase I, PW24-07\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the specifications for the Americans with Disabilities Act\n(ADA) Transition Plan Implementation - ADA Curb Ramp Replacement\nPhase I, PW24-07; and\n2. Authorize the Department of Public Works to solicit construction bids\nfor the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan\nImplementation - ADA Curb Ramp Replacement Phase I, PW24-07; and\n3. Make a finding that this project is exempt from California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Article 19, Categorical\nExemption, Section 15301, Existing Facilities, of the CEQA Guidelines.\nAttachments:
