Adopt\nproposed Resolution No. R25-30 and approve the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding ("MOU") between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and\nthe Palos Verdes Estates Police Officers Association ("POA"). 2. Adopt\nproposed Resolution No. R25-31 and approve the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding ("MOU") between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and\nthe Palos Verdes Estates Public Service Employees ("PSE") Association.\n3. Adopt proposed Resolution Nos.
