Grant Deed of Easement for Right-of-Way Dedication at Firestone Boulevard and El\nPaseo Street for Street Purposes, from GVD Commercial Properties, Inc. and Monte MAC\nNo. 1 LP\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Accepting a Grant Deed from GVD Commercial Properties, Inc. And Monte Mac No. 1, LP to\nsecure right-of-way for street purposes as a part of the development located at Firestone\nBoulevard and El Paseo Street, at no cost to the City; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Deed in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
