9. Attorney Fee Agreement with Outside Counsel\nThe City Council will consider: (CM)\na. Approving Attorney Retainer Agreement with the law firm of (1) Liebert Cassidy Whitmore; (2)\nAleshire & Wynder; (3) Lewis Brisbois; (4) Rothans, Carpenter & Dumont; and Frost Brown Todd,\nLLP to continue to provide legal services to the City related to consulting, representational and\nlegal services and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute such agreements in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney.
