4. Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-03-CC with T.Y. Lin International, for\nConstruction Management and Inspection Services for the Construction of the Citywide\nResidential Resurfacing, Phase IV, City Project No. 699-ST\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-03-CC with T.Y. Lin International,\n(“Agreement”) to provide additional construction management and inspection services for the\nconstruction of for the Citywide Residential Resurfacing, Phase IV, City Project No. 699-ST (“the\nResidential Resurfacing Project IV”), at a cost not to exceed $112,537; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
