Approving Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $80,000 to Contract No. 2023-AC with\nExecutive Management Security Services; and\nb. Authorizing the Director of Administrative Services to execute Change Order No. 4 in a form\nacceptable to the City Attorney.\nc. Approve the reappropriation of $80,000 from Salaries (Acct No. 100-401-61-5101) to\nProfessional Services (Acct No. 100-401-61-6101) to fund the change order.
