6. Agreement with CJ Concrete Construction to Provide Sidewalk Maintenance Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving a Maintenance Services Agreement with CJ Concrete Construction, for sidewalk\nrepair services, for an amount not to exceed $782,000;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute amendments to the Professional\nServices Agreement up to a cumulative amount of $193,000;\nc. Approving a budget amendment to add funding for part-time Engineering Aide assistance and\ntransfer $125,000 in Gas Tax Funds from the Sidewalk Maintenance Services budget to fully fund\nthe position, which is needed to provide inspections services; and\nd. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
