Conditional Use Permit No. 25-04 to Allow Live Entertainment within a Proposed Food\nHall Located at 3703 Tweedy Blvd., and Finding the Project Categorically Exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act\nFollowing the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approving the live entertainment permit for “The Place @ Tweedy” to have live entertainment\nat 3703 Tweedy Boulevard (“Project Site”), subject to the conditions set forth in Planning\nCommission Resolution No. 2025-10 and any limitations and/or conditions the City Council may\nwish to impose.
