Adopt a CEQA Notice of Exemption for Capital Improvement Project Gladstone Park Shade Structure\nand Picnic Site Installation;\n— 2. Approve an Agreement with Miracle Playground Sales for Gladstone Park Shade Structure and Picnic\nSite Installation in the amount of $186,141; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement with Miracle Playground Sales\nincluding minimal and/or non-substantive changes.
