B.7.\nCO-SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS,\nFISCAL SPONSOR OF THE LAVENDER EFFECT [D. WILSON, A.\nLOVANO, J. DEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a Co-Sponsorship\nAgreement with Community Partners, the fiscal sponsor of the Lavender\nEffect for a “I LOVE Flagging” event at West Hollywood Park on Saturday,\nFebruary 14, 2026.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-Sponsorship Agreement with\nCommunity Partners, the fiscal sponsor of the Lavender Effect, for the “I\nLOVE Flagging” event at West Hollywood Park on Saturday, February 14,\n2026; 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Co-Sponsorship Agreement between the City\nand Larchmont Schools; 3) Waive any Special Event Permit Fees and\nEncroachment Permit Fees for event participants (estimated $900); 4)\nAuthorize the use of the City name and logo on invitations, programs, and\nother collateral materials for this event; and 5) Direct the Communications\nDepartment to utilize all appropriate communication tools to promote the\nevents including, but not limited to, the City’s website, a press release,\nand social media tools.
