F.6.\nCO-SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH LARCHMONT CHARTER\nSCHOOL FOR ITS WORLD FAIR EVENT [J. ERICKSON]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a Co-Sponsorship\nAgreement with Larchmont Charter School for its World Fair event, taking\nplace on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Fairfax campus located in\nWest Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-Sponsorship Agreement with\nLarchmont Charter School for its World Fair event, taking place on\nSaturday, December 13, 2025 at the Fairfax campus located in West\nHollywood; 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Co-Sponsorship Agreement between the City\nand Larchmont Charter School; 3) Authorize the Director of Finance and\nTechnology Services to allocate $5,000 from unallocated General Fund\nreserves to the Special Council Programs Account 100-1-01-00-531001\nfor costs associated with the event, and increase the budget for Special\nCouncil Programs by the same amount; 4) Authorize the Director of\nFinance and Technology Services to allocate up to $5,000 from Fiscal\nYear 2026 funds in the Special Council Programs account number 100-101-00-531001 for costs associated with the event; 5) Waive any Special\nEvent Permit Fees and Encroachment Permit Fees for event participants\n(estimated $900); 6) Authorize the use of the City name and logo on\ninvitations, programs, and other collateral materials for this event; and 7)\nDirect the Communications Department to utilize all appropriate\ncommunication tools to promote the events including, but not limited to,\nthe City’s website, a press release, and social media tools.
