Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with IMEG Consultants Corporation\nRegarding Civil Engineering Services for the Cross Street Bridge Replacement in the\namount of $31,000 for a total amount not to exceed $221,190 (Ward 2) p. 745\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Civil Engineering Services Agreement with\nIMEG Consultants Corp. in the amount of $31,000, which is inclusive of\n$11,000 in project contingencies, for Cross Street Bridge\nReplacement, and extending the term of the agreement to March 31, 2026;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents with IMEG\nConsultants Corp.
