Authorize the City Manager, as the Successor Agency’s Executive Director or\ndesignee,\na. Transmit the ROPS 2627 A and B to the State Department of Finance and\nother designated agencies as prescribed by the California Health and\nSafety Code (HSC);\nb. Make ministerial revisions to ROPS 2627 A and B, which may include, but\nare not limited to restating the information included within ROPS 26 27 A\nand B in any format that may be requested by the State Department of\nFinance;\nc.
