9. Resolution to Approve the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) 2026­ 27\nA and B (All Wards) p. 336\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia, acting in its capacity as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment\nAgency of the City of San Bernardino:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025­384 to Approve the Recognized Obligation\nPayment Schedule (ROPS) 26­27 A and B; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, as the Successor Agency’s Executive Director or\ndesignee,\na. Transmit the ROPS 26­27 A and B to the State Department of Finance and\nother designated agencies as prescribed by the California Health and\nSafety Code (HSC);\nb. Make ministerial revisions to ROPS 26­27 A and B, which may include, but\nare not limited to restating the information included within ROPS 26­ 27 A\nand B in any format that may be requested by the State Department of\nFinance;\nc. Take such other actions and execute such other documents as are\nnecessary to effectuate the ROPS; and\nd. Implement ROPS 26­27 A and B on behalf of the Successor Agency,\nincluding authorizing and causing such payments as authorized by ROPS\n26­27 A and B.
