Direct staff to transition Starter Operations, Driving Range, and Golf\nLessons to City management effective January 1, 2027.\n2. Authorize staff to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for Retail Sales,\nEquipment Repairs, and Cart Operations to ensure operational continuity\nand optimal Pro Shop experience.
