11G. \nCONTRACT AWARD - HAZARDOUS WASTE RESPONSE, CLEANUP,\nREMOVAL AND DISPOSAL ENVIRONMENTAL ON-CALL SERVICES, AND\nFINDING THE ACTIONS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT UNDER THE\nCALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-171, which will:\n1. Award a three-year General Services Agreement to Ocean Blue\nEnvironmental Services, Inc. for Hazardous Waste Response, Cleanup,\nRemoval and Disposal Environmental On-Call Services for a total amount\nnot to exceed $120,000 during the first three years, plus two additional\none-year options.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C2556, by and between the City of San Clemente and Ocean Blue\nEnvironmental Services, Inc., providing for Hazardous Waste Response,\nCleanup, Removal and Disposal Environmental On-Call Services, in an\namount no to exceed $120,000 for the first three years, with two additional\none-year options.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to administratively approve up to two,\none-year extensions to the Agreement that do not exceed the City Council\napproved budgeted amounts for each fiscal year.\n4. Find the actions categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) under Class 30 of the state CEQA Guidelines Section\n15330 (14 CCR Section 15330, Minor Actions to Prevent, Minimize,\nStabilize, Mitigate or Eliminate the Release or Threat of Release of\nHazardous Waste or Hazardous Substances).
